Clinic Policies

Thank you for choosing Michelle’s Beauty & Wellness Center. To provide the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies before your visit.

Booking & Payment Policy

• All services and consultations must be prepaid online at the time of booking.
• We do not accept bookings via phone or text.
• Clients with prepaid memberships or previously purchased packages are the only exceptions.
• A full payment or a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm appointments (including 3D Skin Analysis consultations). Any remaining treatment balance is due at the office on the day of service.
• All package deals are valid for 6 to 12 months from the purchase date, depending on the service.

Important Notice Regarding Phone Inquiries

Due to a high volume of calls and last-minute cancellations, we are unable to provide skincare or treatment advice over the phone or via text.

To receive personalized recommendations, please:

• Schedule a 3D Skin Analysis Consultation, or
• Book a treatment online with a $100 deposit.

Once booked, you’ll receive an automatic appointment confirmation and can edit or reschedule your appointment through our online system.

Late Arrival Policy

• We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be rescheduled and may be forfeited due to scheduling constraints.

Forms of Payment Accepted

We accept: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay.

Refund & Exchange Policy

• All sales are final and non-refundable.
• If you are unable to complete a pre-purchased package, the standard rate for any used sessions will be deducted, and the remaining balance may be applied toward another service.
• If you cannot use a pre-paid service, we offer a one-time exchange for another service of equal value.

Taxes & Gratuity

• Tax and gratuity are not included in the service price.
• Gratuities are appreciated and may be provided via cash, Venmo, or credit card.

Guest Policy

To ensure a peaceful and professional environment, and due to limited seating, guests are not permitted to accompany clients during appointments.
