Effort to ensure your experience with us is as enjoyable as possible. We value you and your time. Your appointments are very important to us, they are reserved specially for you, and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we have instituted the following policies to make your time with us a memorable and lasting one.

ATTENTION: Most of our services require preparation time to properly prepare the room for your treatment. Preparations may include the use of products. Due to the timing, cost of preparations, and to hold the room in anticipation of your visit, we kindly ask for the following considerations when booking and canceling an appointment.

1, Online APPOINTMENT POLICY

For all Services,We may require a credit card at the time of booking in order to reserve the appointment. All online booking requires credit information to

hold your appointment, other company’s discounted code may not apply.

2, Our service Guarantee:
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Michelle’s Beauty & Wellness Center LLC . In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.

3, Refund policy :

All service sales , gift cards are final and non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. The service must be a mistake from the service provider not something you might have changed your mind about after the services were performed. In the event of a disagreement, a re-service must be validated by management. Customer have 48 hours to contact the salon to receive a complementary service to discuss any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed Five days pass initial service date.

4, Late/Tardy Policy:

Your appointment time is not a suggestion. We run an exact booking system. Specific Facials ,Lashes or brows services need have specific time allotted. We need that specific time to be thorough and confident in the work that we do.

Please be courteous to your esthetician, skin therapists and fellow clients by arriving on time (or early 5 minutes) to your scheduled appointment.

We generally allow a 10 minute grace period. After that time, we will call to check in on you! If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled. so it will not affect our punctual clients. To re-book there will be a $25 Consultation fee.

We are not doing this to make you have a bad day, but as a courtesy to our other clients.

We hope that our clients can understand that our time, like yours, is valuable!

5, Cancellations policy:

Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance  because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy due to a high demand for appointments.

Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 25% of the service amount .

Last minute cancellations (4 hours prior to your appointment) will be charged 50% of the service value and are not refundable or available for spa credit.

If you have booked an appointment with less that 24 hours between booking time and scheduled appointment, you are required to cancel 4 hours before your service start time to avoid the late cancellation fee(50% of service amount )

6, No show policy  :
We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a No Show Fee will apply. You will be charged for 100% of  the reserved service amount.

In order to respect the time of our esthetician, Beauticians, skin therapist ,all appointment no-shows are subject to a no-show fee. In the future, Please be advised if you no-show on a rescheduled appointment (a second appointment ) we will not schedule any future appointments without first collecting full payment for your needed service(s).

7, CONFIRMATION EMAILS:

As a courtesy, we will EMAIL you to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to  avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

8, CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY POLICY:

  • We do believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your esthetician or skin therapist will remain confidential, as will your health history forms.

  • Client lists and email lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies.

9, OTHER TIPS FOR YOUR VISIT:

  • Please do not bring valuables with you; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Please respect the right to a quiet atmosphere for all guests. We ask that you refrain from talking loudly and that you turn off all cell phones.

  • 2 hour street parking is available or visit the free municipal lot behind the Walmart or Ala Moana Shopping center .

10, CLIENTS RECEIVE DISCOUNTS WHEN SALON CANCELS

 Michelle’s Beauty & Wellness Center LLC stands by our policies, we feel that it is only fair that we honor the same policies to our clients, if in any reason the salon has to cancel on a client less than 24 hours of the appointment scheduled; we will honor 50% off on your next service. But, if the cancellation is due to situations that are out of our hands such as  power outage, unfortunate incidence, etc… that requires the salon to be closed during regular business hours, we would gladly reschedule your appointment. The 50% discount will not apply.

11, Right to refuse service:

That it is at the Spa’s discretion to stop a service or refuse a service, if the service provider feels unsafe, mistreated, or harassed (verbally or physically) by a client, or if the service is not appropriate for the client, depending on the clients information provided at the time of consultation, medical history, injuries, or composition.

12, DISCOUNTS:

First time clients receive 20% off any Spa or salon services. Some restrictions may apply.

※Tax is not included in the spa or salon services.

A Hawaii state tax of 4.712% will be added to all the services and products.

13, Referral Program:

Refer A Friend And Get $10 off your next purchase!

Make sure to check in for monthly spa promotions. Ask your service provider about our referral program, and If you refered 5 friends,YOU could be eligible for a FREE service.

14,GRATUITY :

 Our prices do not reflect gratuities. For those who wish to show appreciation, the industry averages are from 18%-20% of the service.

15, Method of Payments:

  • We accepts PayPal, Venmo ,Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, bank debit cards, cash and personal checks.

  • A $25 fee will be assessed for returned checks.

16, PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE :

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

​17, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

ALL CLIENTS must pay a $50 deposit via Venmo or PayPal, or select pay deposit on website. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment 24/7 online, text or call 808-234-4388.
